I’m happy to update all of my referral partners and past clients that I am no longer with the big bank, I am back as a Mortgage Broker with access to over 300 wholesale lenders. This allows me to be more competitive, while still offering top-tier customer service and communication. I now have access to the lowest rates in the industry, and all types of different programs depending on the clients needs. If you have a client that is below a 620 credit score, having difficulty getting approved, or need an alternative option like asset, based lending, bank, statement, programs, etc., I’m your guy! And aside from that, crushing it in the traditional loan arena as well, doing a lot of FHA, conventional, jumbo and super jumbo.
