The August numbers are officially in for Anne Arundel County, and the late-summer market delivered a win for both buyers and sellers! ✨

Active inventory climbed to 1,279 homes on the market (up nearly 23% YoY!), giving buyers the widest selection of homes we’ve seen all year. At the same time, strong buyer demand pushed 712 closed sales and kept home values climbing, with the median sales price reaching $550,000.

With more options on the table, buyers finally have the breathing room to compare listings and negotiate, while well-prepared sellers are still capturing great value.
