This Maryland Mortgage Program (MMP) initiative helps eligible first-time homebuyers who serve as first responders or teachers with a lower first-mortgage interest rate and 5% assistance toward their down payment and closing costs through a 0% interest, deferred second loan.

The conforming loan limit for one-unit properties has increased to $845,000! 🏡
