2026 Medicare Premiums & Deductibles were released today…

The standard monthly premium for Medicare Part B enrollees will be $202.90 for 2026, an increase of $17.90 from $185.00 in 2025.
The annual deductible for all Medicare Part B beneficiaries will be $283 in 2026, an increase of $26 from the annual deductible of $257 in 2025.

🚨 Attention Medicare Beneficiaries 🚨

It has come to our attention that the prescription drug plan insurance company WellCare are sending texts and mailing their Prescription Drug Plan clients to get them to respond so they can contact them by phone and try to change them to (more lucrative to Wellcare $$$) Medicare Advantage Plan option with WellCare.

It is in your best interest to not respond to these texts or mailings. See below (in the comments) an example of what is being text out to WellCare prescription drug plan clients. Contact your local agent about any changes that may be right for you - Do not go direct to a carrier who uses their relationship of offering drug coverage to trick people in to contacting them in an effort to change them to Medicare Advantage which may not be in your best interest.

Annual enrollment is just around the corner!
Starting this week, Medicare beneficiaries will start receiving their Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) in the mail.

The ANOC notice, is sent by the Medicare Advantage insurance company or Part D prescription drug insurance company.

Make sure you read the changes to your coverage. If these changes do not align with your Medical or Prescription needs for 2026; then it’s time to consider a change!

Medicare annual enrollment is October 15th- December 7th.
