Ending a busy week of settlements with this one! 🙌🏽

Congratulations to Sosefo and Sulia on the settlement of their new home today! 🏡

When we first met to go over the process they told me they’d been trying to buy since 2021. They had found a property they wanted to make an offer on, but wanted to know if the numbers would work.

They left my office at 5pm, and later that evening I got the call that their offer had been accepted! 🙏🏽

Buying and Selling?

We recently went through the process of selling and upgrading to a bigger home and here are my main tips:

1. Engage a Mortgage Adviser to run the numbers and get a pre-approval from the bank.

2. Find a great agent to help sell your property and be clear on your non-negotiables for the next property.

3. Last, but not least, pay for a moving company! Trust me on this one 😂
