Hi everyone,
You may have noticed the Big Banks starting to raise interest rates (the big 4 all by at least 0.3% this week). This is because of relatively high inflation of late and the very likely fact that the Reserve Bank will start lifting the OCR next month.
If you are interested to know what this means for you, or simply want to get ahead of the game and Refix or Refinance your mortgage/s now before further Bank interest rate hikes, please feel free to get in touch anytime.
The Banks will generally move before the OCR when on the up, and after the OCR when on the down, so expect more rate hikes in the coming months.
Some light reading for you attached 🙂
Cheers
