Purchased $260k
Sold $376,500 (little under $120k)
This house is worth $1.06mil today

I already owned a home purchased in December 1999
$188,000 and sold for $283,000 2004.
Went up $300k 2 years after i sold it 🤦🏽‍♀️😂😂
This house is worth $975k today.

Long story short, if i was renting I wouldn't be where I am today. Investing in Real Estate has always been the winner for us!!
