Auckland Council has released the new housing density proposal maps.

Everyone wants affordable housing… but nobody fully agrees on where it should go.

B️⃣ Keep suburbs mostly as they are and protect neighbourhood character
C️⃣ Push growth further out instead
D️⃣ Somewhere in the middle

This was originally a 2-bedroom property.

We modernised it throughout and converted it into a 3-bedroom configuration under exempt building works — meaning no council consent was required.

Result?
