The Centuria NZ team recently hosted several hundred of our investors in Auckland for Investor Annual Meetings, with many more joining online.

Annual Meetings are a valuable opportunity for investors to come along and engage in person with our team - including detailed Q&A sessions with our Fund Managers, as well as meeting and socialising with fellow like-minded investors from around the country.

This year’s evening function included an address by our CEO Mark Francis, followed by an entertaining and wide-ranging storytelling session with former All Blacks great Josh Kronfeld.

43 College Hill, Auckland, which we are redeveloping on behalf of Centuria NZ Value-Add Fund No. 2, is moving ahead quickly and hitting some key milestones.

The self-storage and security vault tenancy achieved practical completion in August this year - well ahead of the original December forecast completion. Both the wine storage and retail components are on track to be completed early November.

Key occupier Storage King Australia commenced trading from the facility in April this year, and Atelier Nash trading as the College Hill Wine Room are expected to be in there very shortly.

Construction on Asset Plus’s exciting new build at 6-8 Munroe Lane, Albany is in the final phase, with expected completion in the coming weeks.

Situated on Auckland’s North Shore, in close proximity to Albany’s Northern Busway, 6-8 Munroe Lane is a new 26,500m2 commercial development with a 5 Star Green Star design rating, wrapped in an efficient, high-performance curtain wall façade.

Through consultation from local iwi, the exterior and interior of the building integrates Te Aranga Māori design principles, celebrating the history of the site and its connection to the land and sea.

The team at Icon Construction have been working hard to deliver this new contemporary workspace, with the final pieces of the project now coming together. The main membrane roof, plantroom, façade detail and landscaping are all nearing completion.

Levels 3-5 have now been handed over to Auckland Council as the anchor tenant and interior fit-out is underway.
