Your best property deals are not always about price. They are about terms.

Too many investors walk away from opportunities because they focus only on the purchase price. But strong investors know that price is only one part of the deal. The real opportunity often comes from how the deal is structured.

A good example of this is creative negotiation.

A farm was valued at the peak of the market at $1.6 million. Even after prices had dropped, the deal was agreed at the full $1.6 million valuation. On the surface, that might not look attractive.

But the structure changed everything.

The agreement allowed a 5-year settlement period with early access to subdivide the property.

The vendor received full value.
The buyer gained time and flexibility.
The subdivision created additional equity before the full purchase was completed.

That is what smart investing looks like.

The best investors do not just buy properties. They buy opportunities.

It is not always about having the deepest pockets. It is about thinking clearly, negotiating well, and structuring deals that create value for everyone involved.

You have probably done more deals than you give yourself credit for. Now is the time to think bigger and use those skills more creatively.
