We are a whole of market Mortgage Brokerage who specialise in providing professional, impartial financial advice on a personal level. Our aim is to simplify what can be a complex and demanding process, whilst using our whole of market proposition to ensure that each and every client has access to the best possible product for their requirements. Whether you need advice on which lender or mortgage

product to choose for your purchase or remortgage, what sort of protection to put in place to ensure you and your family are taken care of should the worst happen or which buildings and contents policy provides you with the correct the level of cover for your home and possessions, at Personal Mortgage Solutions we can prepare a custom recommendation that will suit your individual needs, circumstances and of course, budget. Our friendly advisors are on hand 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have, so please don't hesitate to give us a call or send us an enquiry. Typically we charge a fee of £499 for the arrangement of your mortgage, however the actual fee will depend on your circumstances and will not exceed 1.5% of the mortgage amount. As with all insurance policies conditions and exclusions will apply. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up payments on your mortgage.
