We instructed Nimon at iMortgage less than 5 days ago and within that time Nimon and his team have secured a Mortgage for us with the NATWEST. We are absolutely blown away by the professionalism and competence of this company. Our situation was very difficult as I had a lot of debt on credit cards and loans and my husband is self-employed, despite this Nimon was very confident and assured us, he would still find us the perfect mortgage, which he did and most importantly our new mortgage rate is now less than half the rate we have been paying and all my debts will be consolidated into our new mortgage and most importantly our new payments will be substantially lower than our previous mortgage payments (and that’s with my debts consolidated into the mortgage!). Just 1 day before I instructed Nimon, we had used another Broker and they outright rejected us. We are absolutely astounded and cannot believe we have been thrown a lifeline by Nimon and his team, we were literally thinking we would have to sell our house because we couldn’t keep up with our past mortgage payments and the credits card debts and loans etc… If your stuck and feel like your world is crumbling because of debts and high mortgage rates, I urge you to give iMortage a call, they helped us out of what we thought was an impossible situation.
