Kelly looks after Home & Lifestyle and Commercial claims, supporting customers from the moment a claim is reported right through to settlement. She keeps everything moving, gathers the information needed, and makes sure customers always know what’s happening next.

She also enjoys shopping for new outfits, catching up with friends, and relaxing in the local cafes.
