We’ve been proudly supporting our members since 1834 - that’s over 190 years of Foresters!

Although the years have passed, our ethos remains the same. Supporting our members has been our main purpose throughout our long history and still is today.

In 2025, we were honoured to provide a combined total of over £1.4million in discretionary grants and charitable donations – a reflection of our ongoing commitment to make a positive impact in our members' lives.

The appeal helps to fund life-changing dementia support for people living with dementia today, and research that could mean a brighter future for people who may face it tomorrow.

“I applied for the Foresters Support Fund due to hardship caused after a cycle crash which caused loss of earnings and damaged equipment. It has been a buffer to help while I wasn't able to work and to help replace important items e.g. bike and helmet. Really happy with how easy, helpful and quickly Foresters responded, and the extra guidance provided.” – A satisfied member.
