"I built Sibstar because I was that family."

I wanted to keep my mum safe, but the only option was to take away her access to her money. In essence, take away her independence.

Get peace of mind over everyday spending - whether it’s yours or someone you care about.

Sibstar ‘s debit card and mobile App is designed to support safe money management.

Here’s what you can do:

- Set daily and monthly spending limits to help budgeting.

- Receive real-time notifications every time the card is used for extra reassurance.

- Set a daily cashpoint withdrawal limit for added protection from those mistaken withdrawals.

- Immediately ‘freeze or unfreeze’ the Sibstar card in the app, so your money is safe if your card gets mislaid.

- Switch cashpoint withdrawals, contactless, online & phone use on or off at any time to adapt to your individual needs.

Over Christmas, our lovely team will be taking some well-deserved time off to relax, recharge, and maybe even perfect their gingerbread house-building skills (though we suspect more will collapse than stand tall!).

Here are our opening hours during the festive period:

24th December: 9am - 2pm

25th & 26th December: Closed

27th December: 10am - 4pm

30th & 31st December: 8am - 4pm

1st January: Closed

2nd & 3rd January: Back to normal, 8am - 6pm
