🎉6 YEARS OF THE MORTGAGE WAY - VICKY BROWN! 🎉

Today marks 6 years since I started The Mortgage Way - Vicky Brown 🏡💜

Six years ago I took a huge leap and decided to join Nichola and the girls at The Mortgage Way. I honestly don’t think I could have imagined where it would take me!

From helping first-time buyers get their keys 🔑, to helping families move home, remortgage and protect what matters most! I’ve met some amazing people along the way.

There have been busy days, stressful days, plenty of coffee ☕️ and definitely a few “what on earth am I doing?!” moments 😂 but I wouldn’t change it for the world.

I’m so incredibly grateful to every single person who has trusted me with their mortgage, recommended me to friends and family, shared my posts or simply followed along with my journey.

6 years in, and I’m still here making mortgages simple. 💜

We all love a bit of AI, don’t we?

“Ask ChatGPT.”
“Let’s Google it.”
“Surely AI will know!” 🤣

And yes, AI can be brilliant for answers, ideas and food for thought. I use it myself for all sorts of things.

But do I trust it enough to make one of the biggest financial decisions I will ever make? Absolutely not!

AI might be able to give you mortgage rates, explain terminology and throw some facts at you…

But it 𝐃𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐘𝐎𝐔!

It doesn’t know what you’re trying to achieve, your full circumstances, your plans for the future or the finer details of individual lenders’ criteria.

And yes, as a mortgage broker, of course I’ll find you the rates…

But 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 😉

Sometimes the right mortgage is the one that actually fits your circumstances, your plans and the lender’s criteria not simply the one with the lowest rate.
