Now half term is finally over… it’s back to school runs, routines, and trying to remember what day it is again 😅

Between keeping my little boy entertained all week and my Frenchie making sure I didn’t sit down for too long, it’s been full on — but it’s also a reminder of how important having a home you truly love really is 💛

Hello all you lovely people.

Life has been hectic. When I first started out this venture I had a 6 month old. He’s now a crazy 3 year old 👦 We got married 💍and have also moved house 🏠. Time has just gone by so fast. I’ve been busy helping all my lovely clients and It’s been a while since I’ve engaged with this page.

To re introduce myself -
I’m Tia, I am a Mortgage & Protection Advisor based in but not limited to Yorkshire. I have been working in the Mortgage industry for 10 years, predominantly being a Mortgage advisor for the last 6 years. After taking the leap of faith in 2022 and going self employed after having my son, I am currently working with Exclusively Mortgages who are a part of The Mortgage Advice Bureau network, meaning I can work with a pool of more than 90 UK lenders and have access to exclusive mortgage deals available.

Outside of work, I'm generally enjoying family time with my Husband, Tom, Our Son, Louie and Our little French Bulldog, Buffy. 🐶
