Great for Helen and myself to catch up with Santander Business Development Manager Nate Gray to discuss all the ways in which Santander for Intermediaries are helping brokers (and customers) navigate the current market.

It was great to have a refresh on their excellent My First Mortgage option which allows First Time Buyers to buy a property with only £10,000 deposit. This means that clients buying a property at £500,000 (the maximum) would be able to have a 98% mortgage.

We also discussed their market insights which are available on their website (if you search perceptional barometer) which is some great market research conducted into customer feelings about using why they use a broker, innovative ways they are saving for a deposit and overpayments.
