📢 Mortgage Market Update

Due to the current climate, lenders are currently reviewing their mortgage products more frequently, and in some cases rates are increasing at short notice.

To give my clients the best chance of securing the most suitable rate available, I’ll usually need all requested documents before submitting a full mortgage application so we can move quickly when needed.

If you’re currently applying with me and I’ve asked for documents, please send them over as soon as possible to avoid delays.

And if you’re thinking about buying, remortgaging, or just want to understand your options, feel free to get in touch, I’m always happy to help.

I’m unable to attend my next Pro5networking group on 20th November at Thonock Park GC, Gainsborough.

Would any of my self employed clients like to go in my place as a free try to see what it’s all about and whether it’s right for you.

We meet 07:15-07:30 and normally finish around 13:30-14:00. We network for the first hour and then first tee time is around 08:40. All golfing abilities are welcomed.
