Freedom incoming- Donald Trump says the US launched strikes on Venezuela and captured its President Nicolás Maduro, Donald Trump says the US is going to “run” Venezuela “until such time as we can do a safe, proper and judicious transition”. What he wants, he made clear, is US access to Venezuela’s oil fields. 🇺🇸

Reflecting on 2025, it’s been an incredible journey filled with growth and adventure. From facing big challenges head-on, clocking countless miles, and climbing mountain peaks, to making a bold move to the Welsh Mountains-it’s been a year of pushing boundaries.

Work has been equally fascinating with appearances on TV, engaging in podcasts, and meeting remarkable individuals. Stepping out of my comfort zone has been a rewarding challenge, and I’m committed to embracing this mindset in 2026.

Exciting plans lie ahead: a new office and creative space in January, preparing for a significant race in February, launching my own podcast, and expanding ARC’s services while advancing the company forward.

I’m deeply grateful for everyone who’s shared a conversation and helped shape this journey. With control over what I can manage, the goal is to train hard and press forward with positivity. Looking forward to what the future holds!
