We appreciate how worried people are at the moment and perhaps moving home or re-mortgaging is the last thing on your mind.

We just want you to know we are here to help, no matter what your concerns.

We have no idea how bad the situation is going to become as we head towards the possibility of total lock-down.

It seems inevitable that house sales will slow as it becomes difficult to view properties and both sellers and purchasers will have more important things on their minds.

If you find yourself in financial difficulties, don’t avoid the issue, contact your mortgage lender immediately, they will do whatever they can to assist you.

If you are thinking of re-mortgaging for whatever reason then the current situation shouldn’t affect you too much, but you should still consider getting independent mortgage advice, a second opinion can’t hurt!
