There seems to be a shortage of assessors, tutors and IQA’s, judging by my in box for various collages around the country. Perhapps the government needs to look at more funding to make these positions more attractive.

We will have a shop available at Franklyns Yard in Holt to rent on a short or long term let from the end of August 2019, however might be able to arrange earlier start if required. It is right off the Albert street car park with a good footfall, it is 250 square feet in size and could be eligible for full small business rate relief, there is no VAT to pay on the rent, If you are interested please message me for details.

Yes i know i haven’t updated my page in a while, thats because i have been so busy. Anyway as an update, Franklyns yard is now completed, with all shops let.
The job in north Africa has been challenging to say the least, costs taking priority over just about everything, but we have achieved some very important milestones in increasing safety for personnel and the gas plants.
On another note we are happy to be carrying out IQA services for Eric Tobin and associates for their Assessors carrying out NVQ assessments offshore Denmark

After getting back from work, got stuck into Franklyns yard again, this time the office and the outside lights. Then its on with the wine bar.

Another trip to the desert, hopefully the trip will go quickly. 4 weeks doesn't sound long if you say it quickly

Since starting work on Franklyns yard in October 2015, it's been and still is a roller coaster ride. With quite a few downs, but pleased to say mostly ups. The light at the end of the tunnel is not far away and a bit more pushing and we will be there. Had some great feed back about the building and how it looks, the tourists are fascinated to watch the guys lay the flints in the wall. Lorraine's shop is getting fitted out and she has now created a page for Vanilla tree, which she will be posting photos on a regular basis. We will start to advertise the remaining shop soon, so if you know anyone who might be interested please contact me or Lorraine.

I haven't posted for a while so I thought i would take advantage of my slack period at work to do so.
To bring you up to date with the Franklyns Yard development, things are progressing, not as quick as i would like, but its moving in the right direction. The wall is down and two of the shops have been painted and are waiting the floor screed. The wine bar has had to have the floor replaced, so the guys have dug out the old one, ready to replace it. Once all the messy stuff has been completed, the new wall will be built, with new railings and entrance from the car park, this I hope will bring it all together along with the block paving. We have one shop left, so if anyone is interested please message me or Lorraine.
In a couple of weeks I will post some pictures.
