We’re Yorkshire born and bred, so let’s have a look at what’s happening on our doorstep 🏡

Over the last year, the average home sold in West Yorkshire went for £253,011*

But there’s a fair difference depending on what you’re looking for. Terraced homes averaged around £186,700, semi-detached homes £246,500 and detached properties around £430,300.

Another happy family and another lovely moment for the Sophella team 🏡💛

We popped round to see Danielle and Neil to celebrate their new home, but there was just one little problem...

Danielle wasn't keen on having her photo taken, so daughter Ruby happily stepped in instead 😂

Being part of someone's home-buying journey and seeing them finally settled is something we never get tired of.
