Money can be difficult to talk about, especially when everyday costs feel overwhelming. This Talk Money Week, we are encouraging everyone to take realistic, manageable steps. This year’s theme, It All Counts , is a reminder that a small action or an honest conversation is a worthwhile place to start. You do not need to have everything worked out before asking for support.

After careful consideration and monitoring of usage, we have made the decision to permanently close the Stirling branch of Scotwest Credit Union on Wednesday 25 November, as relatively few members use the branch facilities.

We recognise the importance of having access to face-to-face services and want to reassure you that this decision has not been taken lightly. However, the cost of maintaining the branch is significantly higher than the level of use it receives. By closing the branch, we can make better use of our members’ money and resources, while continuing to provide access to the services you need.
