Another deal secured yesterday 🤪 this 1 needs a full clearance and refurbishment (I think the last occupiers just left in the clothes on their back 🤔🙈)

This 3bed property sits right on the NC500 in Lybster so will be a short term let once refurbed. Watch out in a few months time for the "after" photos once the refurbishment is completed 🏡💰
