Property No3 in Ellon's refurbishment fully completed, full redecoration, flooring and freshen up of kitchen & bathroom, an odd DIY separating wall removed. New consumer board and electrics brought up to standard 👍 nothing to major to get this on the rental market.

Future plans for this property will be to remodel the bathroom and huge bedroom to make this a 2 bed.
