There’s a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes every day, and it’s great to see that recognised. From improving our platforms to supporting brokers and their clients through the claims process, it’s always been about doing things properly.

A big thank you to our team for the work they put in day in, day out, and to our partners for the trust they place in us.

The awards take place on 4th June at Leonardo Royal, St Paul’s in London. We’re looking forward to being there and celebrating with the rest of the industry.

From 1 May 2026, Section 21 is gone.

No more “no-fault” evictions. Longer disputes. More pressure on rental income. More risk if things go wrong.

What a couple of days in Liverpool at the Bravo Network Conference last week!

Events like this are always a good reminder of why getting people together in person still matters. The agenda is important, but the real value is in the conversations.

Catching up with brokers, hearing what’s happening on the ground, and sharing ideas with people across the network was a real highlight. The Bravo community continues to show just how knowledgeable and supportive this industry can be.

We also made some great new connections that we’re already looking forward to working with and learning from.

If you were there, it was great to see you. And if we didn’t get the chance to connect this time, hopefully we will at the next one.

Cally has been with Alps for a few years, starting in claims before recently transitioning to the sales and business growth side.

"After almost two years at Alps as a Claims Handler, I was delighted at the opportunity to transition into the role of Business Development Manager.

Although I am still new to the role, I have really enjoyed building my relationships with our existing brokers, and making many new ones too.
