We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our award-winning life insurance and mortgage team.

A successful applicant will have a track record of customer services excellence, a drive to succeed and be willing to learn.

The expected role and responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:-

• Calling our client’s post sale to ensure they are happy with the service received
• Arranging our client’s policies in trust
• Ensuring our client database is fully up to date
• Calling each client annually to ensure the policy is still suitable for their requirements
• Creating and sending paperwork to each new client
