🚨 CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - WE NEED TO ADDRESS SOMETHING THAT'S BEEN BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION 🚨

We've recently received feedback from a customer about their experience booking with TUI Borehamwood, and we feel it's only right that we address it publicly.

Apparently, they had...

✈️ Airport parking and an overnight hotel before departure, meaning no ridiculous early-morning rush.
🛫 Fast-track security, because queueing with everyone else apparently wasn't necessary.
🥂 Access to an airport lounge, where they could start their holiday before they'd even boarded the plane.
💺 Seats together on both flights, carefully selected at the time of booking.
🏨 A fantastic hotel with a choice of restaurants and bars.
🌴 Amazing excursions and experiences, allowing them to explore their destination without the hassle of planning everything themselves.

And now they've come back to us with a complaint...
Apparently, they had such a good time that they're already asking us to book the next one. 😳

Honestly, what are we supposed to do with that information?! 😂
