On Saturday the 12th November we will also be closed due to routine telephone and live chat maintenance.

mydeposits is a government authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme and the only provider to offer all three types of deposit protection.

⚠️ Contact centre closure: Friday 1 October – Saturday 2 October

Our contact centre will be closed on Friday 1 October 2021 and Saturday 2 October 2021 for essential training. Our website will remain fully functional so you will still be able to protect deposits and manage disputes in the member area. The contact centre will reopen at 8:00 on Monday 4 October. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
