What's Up Facebook! On February 27th I will be teaming up with Neighbourhood the Mortgage Source and The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation to STRIKE OUT CANCER!

🏦 Bank of Canada just cut its key rate by 0.25%. Now sitting at 2.25%!
The economy’s been slowing (exports down, jobs cooling, inflation steady around 2.4%), so the Bank gave a little rate relief to keep things balanced.

✅ Good news if you’ve got a variable rate or renewal coming up.
💬 Fixed rates may follow if bond yields ease.
