Success story from our Mortgage & Home Buying Workshop 🏡

Shirley attended our workshop last Saturday because she wanted to better understand the mortgage and home buying process.

Today, we sat down together and started working on her mortgage pre-approval.

What made this even more special is that she told us she was really impressed with the presentation and the information we shared. Instead of going back to her bank, she chose to work with us.

This is exactly why we started these workshops.

Moments like this put even more fire in me to keep going. We’ll now be hosting these workshops monthly to help more people feel confident before they start their home buying journey.

I hosted my first event in a long time, and while everything may not have gone as smoothly as we planned, it was an incredible experience!

The strong turnout and positive response reminded us how valuable these events can be. My team and I are now planning to host monthly events to support our clients, future homebuyers, and referral partners.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and made the event so special. I’m also incredibly lucky to have Simran and Kulvir on my team I truly could not have done it without their help and support.

And just to show you how organized I was… my banner still had my old phone number and previous brokerage’s name on it. 😂 Definitely getting that changed ASAP!
