Davis Block milestone, suspended slab pour complete.

The team pushed through the weekend, taking full advantage of a rare +15°C window in mid-April to get the pour done and keep construction moving.

With the parkade structure now complete, framing is set to begin and the building will start to take shape above grade.

Davis Block is a 71 unit boutique rental in Cliff Bungalow, just steps from 17th Ave in one of Calgary’s most walkable inner city neighbourhoods. The project is designed with a rooftop patio, shared gathering spaces, a fitness centre, and a dog wash.

A lot of work has gone into reaching this stage. Thank you to the Unitii development team, MCAP, S2, and all the trades on site helping move this project forward.

More updates to come as framing gets underway.
