Howdy Toronto. I’m here for 4 days to attend my Re/max Canada Convention. First time trying an Airbnb. It’s almost a third of the price for the hotel rooms and twice the size.

Day 9. Great RE/MAX Realty Professionals Private Group stampede breakfast. Mom’s car got a hit and run in the parking lot. A very nice passer by saw it and left the vehicle description and license plate on one of the remax invitations. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. Paid my house insurance and saw this pig at cowboys casino, just like the ones in Montréal. Yaaaahhhoooooo.

Well, after 7 months of working with Aline (architect) and Melanie (city of calgary planning) I’m proud to say I was successful in rezoning my first R-C2 to R-CG.

It passed city planning 2 months ago and just passed with an 11-1 vote with alderman Chu (he’s my alderman - what the hell) the only one against. It took a bit longer doing it myself the first time but I will able to do future projects in 4 months now that I know what I’m doing.

Now to celebrate with some chicken wings and a bevy. Later this week I will start the interviews with investors and select a builder.
