Brad Spanner is an accredited mortgage broker and is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia, the Credit Ombudsman Service and Plan Australia. He has completed a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking management), Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Bro

king) and a Bachelor of Arts degree through USQ. Brad is a local sporting identity, having represented Toowoomba, Queensland Country and Australian Country cricket sides. He is a life member of the Northern Brothers Diggers Cricket Club and now coaches under-age cricket sides and at local schools. Brad is passionate about his business and enjoys all aspects of mortgage broking, from dealing with first home-buyers to investors. It is his job to find a home loan to suit your needs – whether you are buying your first home or you are an investor looking to increase your portfolio. Brad is there to help.

My wife Gillian was a finalist in the REIQ awards for Qld commercial property manager of the year. I was invited to their dinner at the Brisbane Showgrounds. What a night. Toowoomba real estate agents and agencies were well represented in a range of categories as well. The Ray White team took home an award with Craig Bradley winning commercial salesperson of the year. Thanks to Paul and Fiona at Ray White commercial for the invite. You don’t see me in a suit very often these days, but was fun to dress up. Well done Gillian.
