Another happy refinance client! 🏡

After their fixed rate expired, this client was left paying 8% variable. Their existing lender couldn’t offer a better rate, so we refinanced them to a new lender, over the same exisiting term with a 2-year fixed rate of 6.39%, saving them thousands over the fixed term.
