An honest no Bs chat with a great client.
Finance is easily done in a couple of hours.
Navigating through the process and having someone to assist with is priceless.
I failed before from what people around me say.
I went into the industry to learn more where I fell short, and started helping people with it.
Overtime, my knowledge grew, and I looked back and asked, what if I had all these great knowledge before, how much would it be worth and how much would I be willing to pay for it?
I would have had avoided the losses that I made, been able to capitalise on opportunities, more than that, I would not have wasted the amount of time I did.
What’s that worth is each to his or her own, however, to me, having gone through it, it’s priceless.
Instead of asking my clients to trust me, I ask them to think for themselves what I am saying to come to their own conclusions.
Let’s get back to basic, common sense approach, and things that make sense.
For reference, the property was bought circa $700k.
