About the Role:

As a Financial Retail Sales Associate (FRSA) your role will include:

- Building rapport with customers from all walks of life.
- Providing outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business.
- Processing secured and unsecured loans.
- Buying and selling retail goods.
- Valuing, testing and researching retail items.
- Opening and closing store on rotating roster.
- Completing administration & data entry.
- Processing Foreign Currency Exchange & Money Transfers.


Mt Druitt
We are currently looking for a new FRSA based in our Mt Druitt branch. The role may require travel to other branches in the local area from time to time.


About You:

To be successful in obtaining this position, you will have:

- Face-to-face customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Basic mathematical ability.
- Intermediate computer skills, accurate data entry, and high level of attention to detail.
- Be tech-savvy.
- Experience with electronics, mobile phones or jewellery retail experience an advantage.
- Confidence in managing customer expectations.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to travel to other branches highly desirable.

We are currently looking for a new FRSA to work on a part time basis at our Haymarket or Marrickville Branch. Typical hours will be 28 hours per week, generally across 4 days, including Saturdays. The role may require travel to other branches in the local area from time to time.

-Cash handling experience.
-Basic mathematical ability.
-Intermediate computer skills, accurate data entry, and high level of attention to detail.
-Be tech savvy.

-Must be available to work Saturdays.
