Your UAC 2026 Hobart Market Exchange experience starts before you arrive.

Getting set up in advance means you can spend less time on admin and more time making the most of 80 exhibitors on the Market Exchange floor.

Before the day, download the UAC Market Exchange app, log in, select Hobart 2026 and complete your registration details. Make sure camera access is enabled too - you’ll need it to scan exhibitor QR codes throughout the day.

Registering ahead also means your name badge can be prepared in advance and ready for collection when you arrive.

Learning to lead in real time.

As the cohort looks ahead to Module 6, the final module of the program, we revisit Jessica Blachura's reflections on the impact already taking shape in the UAC Leadership Academy.

Since starting the program, Jessica has moved from National Sales, Distribution & Portfolio Manager to Deputy Head of Farm & Regional, and now Executive Director of Farm & Regional at 360. Each step up has come with the chance to take what she's learnt in the classroom straight into her new environment the very next day, from pricing and team structure to how she approaches difficult conversations.

She also shares what has surprised her most: the commonality across the cohort. Different businesses, different leadership styles, but the same day-to-day challenges, and the reassurance of realising she isn't navigating them alone.
