🚨 BIG NEWS FOR WA FIRST HOMEBUYERS 🚨

As announced in the 2026–27 State Budget today, the WA Government has increased both stamp duty exemptions and the First Home Owners Grant property price caps for eligible first-home buyers 🏡✨
These include:

• 100% stamp duty exemption now applies to homes up to $600,000 (previously $500,000)

• Vacant land exemption threshold has increased to $450,000

• Concessional stamp duty rates now apply to homes valued up to $800,000 👏🏽

• The First Home Owners Grant property price cap has also increased to $800,000 south of the 26th parallel

These changes could mean substantial savings and open the door for more WA buyers to enter the market sooner.
