FIRST FEMALE BACK TO BACK (of only 3 ever females 🤯🤯🤯)

HOLY S**T. WE DID IT AGAIN!!!!! 😭🏆🏆🏆

BACK-TO-BACK AUSTRALIAN BROKER OF THE YEAR!!!! 2025 AND 2026!!! 🤯

I genuinely don’t think I’ve wrapped my head around what happened on Friday night.

THREE NATIONAL WINS AT THE 2026 AUSTRALIAN MORTGAGE AWARDS!!!!

🏆 AUSTRALIAN BROKER OF THE YEAR
🏆 BROKER OF THE YEAR – PRODUCTIVITY
🏆 BROKER OF THE YEAR – REGIONAL

And the part that’s really blowing my mind…

From what we’ve been able to uncover in the history of the AMAs, only three women have ever held the overall Australian Broker of the Year title, and I appear to be the first female to win it two years running.

WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL!!!! 😂😭

But seriously, can we talk about my team for a second?!

THESE PEOPLE ARE INSANE.

The work ethic, the commitment, the ridiculous standards they hold themselves to, the way they show up for our clients and each other every single bloody day.

I get to stand on a stage and accept these awards, (except when Harriet Norvill has to jump in coz I’m too busy yapping) but there is absolutely NO WAY any of this happens without the incredible humans behind Focus Finance.

They are the reason we can do what we do, at the scale we do it, without losing sight of the people we’re actually doing it for.

And I am so bloody proud of every single one of them. 🥹❤️

Three years ago we were rebuilding a business from scratch. Now we’re standing here with back-to-back national titles and three more trophies to bring home.

I don’t even know what to say. Which is a fairly rare occurrence for me. 😂

I’m usually already thinking about what’s next, but I think this one deserves a minute to sink in.

To my team, our clients, our referral partners and everyone who’s backed us along the way, THANK YOU.

When I say purpose over profit this is exactly what I’m talking about! Watching incredible humans do incredible things!

I watched this girl in her first week have a cracker menty b in my boardroom telling me she couldn’t do this! I thought challenge accepted lady and here we are!!!!

She’s an absolute weapon and will be a demon of a broker!

She deserves everything she achieves and I couldn’t be prouder of her - and even more importantly she’s proud of herself!

Someone tell me something can’t be done - dare ya! 💪

And before anyone says “yeah but awards…” — the verification this year was no joke. Deep cross-checking, real validation, proper due diligence. Annie Kane and team went all in on verifications and discussions with aggregators and dozens of conversations on cross referencing. Absolute respect to the validation team for ensuring they nailed this and held the credibility of the submission to account. Could not be happier to see such scrutiny! Brilliant 👏

I only saw this because I was fan girling at Anja Pannek being named in Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) post, thinking man I love seeing some women up there, great stuff - thought let’s have a squiz who else in the GLOBE gets a mention!
