Attention First Home buyers!

The First Home Guarantee is about to be changed!

As of October 1, 2025 will see huge changes
✅ No income caps
✅ Higher property Price caps ($1.5m for Sydney, Newcastle & Lake Macquarie!)
✅Unlimited spots

This is a huge change and will see many first home buyers who were ineligible for this scheme due to either higher income or property was outside the property price cap.
