This is Jemima!

Jemima is one of my many cousins, but she's one of the more fabulous ones, and definitely less of a deads**t than most of them too (see previous post). She refers to my 2 kids as her "boyfriends" and they love her a lot. Suspiciously so.

She's pretty much a dream client too. Organised, financially savvy, and took no prisoners in negotiations. In short, she is a boss babe and a stark reminder of what I could have been in my 20's if I had just locked in.

She also has flawless skin. And look, I'm real happy for her, and Imma let her finish, but she is making me look like pure dog s**t here. Ordinarily our age gap doesn't feel too real to me, and then I look at this photo and my back starts aching, and my sight becomes a little more blurred, and my hearing less keen.

Meanwhile, she's going out with her friends to the drive in movie theatre, or whatever it is that the youth of today do.

Anyway, she bought a property recently and was such a big doggy bad bitch throughout that I just had a proud cousin moment and had to share.

Also, she baked me a loaf of bread, because we getting this bread out here.

Be like Jemima. Come get a loan.

This is Daniel, and this partnership is the last thing you see before you get absolutely dominated in indoor cricket on a Tuesday in Darra.

Dan is not just the other half of the opening platform in the utterly dominant team, Dirty Mike and the Boys, he’s also my cousin.

He grew up in Sydney whilst I grew up in Brisbane, and when we’d get to catch up at Christmas it felt like we crammed a years worth of fun into a week.

We’d do a quick stocktake each year of having grown. Except, Dan dribbled until he was 12 and pi**ed the bed until about the same age, so Christmas was a typically wet and Groundhog day-ish event on the annual calendar.

A bed wetting event a couple of years ago was an outlier and will be ignored for the sake of statistical cleanliness, but I digress.

Growing up, both of us swore it was the other one who was the bad influence, when the reality is that we were (are?) probably just both degenerates, and quite comfortable flying that flag in front of each other.

To this day, if I’ve done something questionable and need a  quick bearing on a moral compass, I’ll ask Dan who points me away from the Northern Star light to go further south into darkness.

But, he’s also got a huge heart.

Considering his control of bodily functions took a while to get going, I’m proud to say he’s blossomed into an enterprising and entertaining agent of social change, with his business, Trademutt, actually changing lives.

Dans more like a brother than a cousin these days. I don’t mean it like an actual brother, “but the way that black people use it, which is more meaningful I think”.

Anyway, Dan bought a place recently and the loan was a s**tfight cause he kept dribbling all over the application forms.

Love ya bro.

We’ve helped hundreds of buyers, and these are some of the key reasons we believe working with a mortgage broker offers more than going directly to a bank.

First Home Buyers in QLD - have you considered whether you're eligible for these stamp duty exemptions?

If you’re buying your first home in Queensland, you could be eligible for significant stamp duty savings, depending on the property and purchase price.

✔️ Vacant land may attract no stamp duty up to $250,000
✔️ First homes up to $500,000 may be fully exempt
✔️ Concessions can still apply up to $550,000

The rules are specific, and eligibility depends on your individual situation.
