$600m Funding Milestone

HCP is pleased to announce that it has recently surpassed $600m of loans advanced to property developers, predominantly across South East Queensland. This milestone is a real show of support and endorsement by our Investors and Borrowers alike of HCP's lending strategies and our commitment to due processes.

HCP's focus continues to be on short-form construction projects. As a result, our current portfolio and new loan pipeline is predominantly made up of house, townhouse, land subdivision and industrial developments.
