HCP.Fund loan settlement: Luxury Home in Enoggera
An acquisition and construction facility of $2.18m has settled in Enoggera for a Brisbane custom home builder developing its own product. The site will be cleared for a two-level, five-bedroom luxury home with a w**e cellar and butler’s pantry. The builder previously delivered a project funded by HCP.

HCP.Fund was proud to be a major sponsor of the recent Golf Day, where we brought a little extra competition to Hole 10!
We swapped golf clubs for darts, giving every player three shots at the bullseye. Hopefully the attendees are better at building than they are at golf, as no one hit the bullseye all day long! Those who hit the outer bull (25), went into the draw for some fantastic prizes.

HCP.Fund loan settlement: Holland Park West – 6 Townhouses
A $4.36m first mortgage construction facility has settled over six three-level townhouses in Holland Park West, refinancing the existing loan and funding the cost to complete. Construction is around 70% complete, with scaffold down, cladding nearly finished and joinery, linings and painting progressing. Completion is forecast for early 2027.
