I had a random chat with AI today 🤖

Me: “Be honest… are mortgage brokers going to be replaced by AI?”

AI: “No.”

Apparently it can calculate borrowing capacity in seconds…
but it can’t calm first home buyers at 10pm,
explain complex self-employed income,
or push back when a deal needs real negotiation.

AI is a great assistant.
But broking is still human.

Looks like we’re safe 😉
