Some advice sounds helpful in the moment and ends up costing people for years. 😬

I’ve heard all of these said to buyers, and I get why. They’re easy to say and easy to hear.

My job isn’t to tell you what feels good. It’s to make sure the loan still works for you a year from now, five years from now, and on the months when life gets expensive. 🏡

Sometimes that means telling you to slow down. Sometimes it means telling you the timing isn’t right yet. I’d rather have that conversation now than have you wish someone had warned you later. 🤝
