Rates get the headlines. Payments move buyers and sellers.

According to Redfin’s analysis of MLS data, homebuyer housing payments are now DOWN 1.6% year-over-year. 📉

That may not solve affordability overnight, but it does give agents something valuable: a reason to reopen conversations with buyers who paused, leads who went quiet, and sellers who need to understand where demand may be shifting.
