Hank, head of security, joined the office in 2024 and even though he’s just shy of 4 years old, he’s definitely a star at work. He sticks to his routine, is always on time, and is always willing to help finish your food. Outside of work Hank likes to hang out with his sister Winnie and grandparents, take long walks to collect sticks, is fascinated with squirrels and has a love for tennis balls.

Joan Alibozek, Commercial Accounts Assistant, joined our team in February of 2023. She comes from a background in Operations Management. Joan graduated from UMass Lowell with a BS in Management Science. She lives in Hartland, VT with her husband, Chris, and has three grown children, Rachel, Tim, and Matt. Her ext is 105.

Joan likes how well we all get along and are willing to help each other out. We work as a team. She states that it’s great to be working with my friends!

Danielle Martin, Personal Lines Account Manager, has spent most of her career in the insurance industry with experience in personal, commercial and farm. With her most recent role with the agency in personal lines. She enjoys annual summer vacations at her family camp in Island pond, VT spending quality time with her husband, Tim, her two girls Riley and Aliza and her dog Dale.

Danielle likes working with clients and helping with all their insurance needs for all new, future, and current milestones. She enjoys getting to know clients and building strong relationships with them.

Cathy Dimick, Personal Lines Agent, has worked in insurance for the past 5 years and has been with the Frazer Insurance Agency for the past year and half. Cathy’s focus at the office is personal and life insurance. Her knowledge, interest, and attention to detail is just the right fit for insurance. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family -- two grown children, Rebekka and Ashlee and 7 grandchildren. She lives in Windsor, VT with her husband Dennis.
