HEY Friends and Neighbors! We are hiring again! This time for TWO positions! Here is a snapshot of each!

Insurance Customer Service Rep: This is 40 hours per week with a good starting salary and a raise once you become licensed. Excellent time off package and bonuses. This is an "in-office" position, and we are located in a beautiful office building in West Lebanon, NH. Typical office duties: Phones, entering policy proposals, filing, utilizing a CRM and data management. Critical skills include (but are not limited to): Excellent communication (command of grammar vocally and written), ability to navigate computer software, Organized with OCD level attention to detail, dependable and reliable.

Insurance Sub-producer/Sales Agent; This is a "grow into" position. You will train alongside myself, with the potential of becoming an entrepreneur. Earning potential here will be unlimited. Once trained and licensed (6months?), you will be in the field most of the time, visiting clients (farms and trades) and drumming up new business through mostly warm leads. Some cold calls will be necessary, so you must be self assured, and have a basic understand of the world of sales. You will need to be a self starter/go-getter. You will also need solid computer skills as you will learn the systems, and enter all of your own proposals at least for the first 2-3 years.
