Congratulations to Samantha and Michael on the closing of your Construction to Permanent Loan. I want to thank you again for trusting me and of course my incredible Lower Mortgage Construction Team to handle this important loan for you. I cannot wait to see the progress on your Dream Home!

I also want to thank your builder, Tim Johnson of Johnson Custom Builders, LLC for helping get us to this point! Thanks also to Chris Spivey, The Impact Agent with Keller Williams Innovate and Cape Fear Home for Heroes for referring these great folks to me.

Both Michael and Samantha are local Lieutenant Paramedic Field Training Officer Heroes and I was proud to provide them with a well deserved $1,294.00 Lender Credit through my affiliation with Cape Fear Homes for Heroes! Thank you again for both of your contributions to our Community by making it safer.
