Wilmington, NC- The Costin Group is hiring!
We are officially looking to add someone to our team before Caroline heads into maternity leave 🤍
We’re looking for someone with an active real estate license who is:
• Hungry to grow their business
• Comfortable being client-facing in our absence
• Strong with social media + content creation
• Able to match the style and vibe of our marketing
This is a very flexible role, but the most important piece is helping us keep our content machine moving while Caroline is out. Think:
• Filming local restaurants, businesses, listings, lifestyle content, etc.
• Helping capture content in the style our audience already knows and loves
• Bringing fresh ideas to the table
Bonus points if you also have:
• Transaction knowledge/TC experience
• Availability for occasional “runner” tasks (showings, signs, lockboxes, etc.)
We have consistent organic leads coming in through social media, so this could be an amazing opportunity for an agent looking to grow while also working closely with our team and brand.
This is not a traditional 9-5 assistant position, we’re really looking for someone creative, motivated, personable, dependable, and excited about modern real estate marketing.
