✈️ We’re pulling for a purpose! 💪

Our August Conexus Cares Spotlight is Special Olympics Colorado, and we’re putting some muscle behind our support.

On August 29, Conexus Pull Force will take on the Special Olympics Colorado Plane Pull at Denver International Airport. Our team of 25 will work together to pull a United jet 12 feet across the tarmac, all to raise money for Special Olympics Colorado and the incredible athletes they serve.

And we need your help! 💙

Every donation helps provide year-round sports, health programs, leadership opportunities and more for Special Olympics Colorado athletes.

For five weeks, we’re gathering for our Summer Learning Series, complete with snacks, trivia, prizes, and plenty of great discussion.

This year we’re learning from Insuring America 250: 250 Years of Underwriting America, a fantastic video series from BusinessInsurance.com that explores the people, events, and innovations that have shaped our industry over the past 250 years.

Thank you to Business Insurance for creating such an engaging series. It’s been a great way to strengthen our knowledge, deepen our appreciation for our industry’s history, and have a little fun together along the way.

⛳ We were proud to have two Conexus foursomes participate in this year’s WestPac Golf Tournament benefiting A Precious Child.

As partners of both WestPac and A Precious Child, we’re always grateful for opportunities to come together in support of our community. This year’s tournament raised more than $20,000 to help provide opportunities and resources for children and families across Colorado.

Thank you to WestPac for hosting another outstanding event and to everyone who helped make it such a success. Spending the day at beautiful Arrowhead Golf Club certainly didn’t hurt, either!

Team Conexus brought home some hardware at the Broomfield Open. 🏆🎾

Alex and his wife, Emily, won the 4.5 Mixed Doubles Championship, while Adam took home the 3.5 Men’s Singles Championship. Not a bad haul. 🏆

We were also proud to sponsor the tournament and cheer on one of our great clients, Broomfield Swim & Tennis Club, who hosted another fantastic event.

Racquet sports clubs and facilities are actually one of Conexus’ specialties, so events like this are a fun reminder that we don’t just insure these organizations—we’re part of the community, too.

Congratulations to everyone who competed, and especially to Alex, Emily, and Adam. Enjoy those championship rings…you’ve earned them. 💍🎾

A ballgame is a pretty good place to catch up. ⚾️

A few members our Employee Benefits team recently spent the afternoon with our Delta Dental of Colorado representative, Matt Sarchet. Between innings, we had the chance to catch up on what we’re seeing in the employee benefits space, talk about our clients, and simply enjoy getting away from our desks for a few hours.

Relationships like these make a difference. When we know our partners well and stay connected, it helps us do an even better job for the clients we serve.
